I wanted to let you know how happy I am with both my recent Futon order and the customer service
I received from Albina. She was so helpful and patient in guiding me to what truly ended up being the
best purchase for me according to my bedroom size and budget. The young man, whose
name I don't know, who set up the Futon was also extremely helpful and courteous.
He was at my apartment a bit earlier than scheduled, which was great, and had the bed set up in no time at all.
I am thoroughly happy with my sale and will gladly return to Futonland in the future and
surely recommend you to anyone who may be looking to purchase anything you carry.
I tracked it and all went as you described. It is pleasure to do business with people like you,

I am currently awaiting the arrival of my sleeper sofa. It is scheduled to arrive between 11AM and 2PM today.
(I hope they come early.) Until now, the process has been smooth and extremely efficient thanks to Albina.
She was wonderful during the entire ordering process. Even if hadn't ordered anything, she is a great first contact with your store. I'll try and send a follow up after the delivery.

The furniture was beautiful! My clients and

They are deducting the lost cover from my rent.

plan on keeping the Altima Fudge cover but need to return the
Blue. Please inform me of the steps I must take to make this

I am writing to you to
tell you about my recent experience with Futon Land, and
especially with Albina. I live in California and I found your
store online but because of my unique CA King mattress I felt it
necessary to call your shop to give the dimensions of my futon
directly to a person instead of ordering online. I talked to
Albina and she was very nice and extremely helpful in placing my
order and then sending follow up e-mails letting me know my
tracking number and when to expect my items.
When my package arrived I found that the wrong
color slip cover had been assembled and sent to me. When I
called Albina and told her that I wanted the correct color and
that nothing else would do she calmed me down and gave me a few
other options that saved your company money and saved me some
inconvenience and gave me two extra items. The short of it is
that Albina handled the situation with calm and professionalism
that made the whole experience a pleasant one and that I will
keep me coming back as a repeat customer.
Please extend my thanks to Albina and I want to
thank you personally for running a great shop. Please feel free

for promptly shipping to us the pillows that were not shipped
with our original futon cover. The quality of the cover is
excellent and our college age daughter is very pleased with the

I received the (Portland) futon frame and Gold
Bond Wool Wrap mattress today. I would like to provide a little
unsolicited customer feedback.

The frame
appears to be well made, with solid joins. It was easy to
assemble, and the assembly instructions were excellent. It
is an attractive piece of furniture, and I am extremely
happy with it!
