THE PROCESS OF MOLD INJECTION PACKAGING :
• Precise measurements of the furniture’s dimensions are taken manually
• Computer Numerical Control (CNC) foam sample is made and test-fitted to
confirm the measurements
• A wooden mold is made and cast iron poured in
• Mold is precision-machined according to shape and design
• Mold is inspected to ensure zero defect
• Mold is sent to foam factory
• Sample of foam packaging is made and tested for fit and durability
• Mold is used for actual foam production run
• Mold injected foam is used for packaging
