How do I return my order?

FutonLand has 30 Day Return Policy, No Questions Asked.
Any single item purchased from us (excluding clearance specials) can be returned for a refund when received in our warehouse within 30 days from the day you receive the item, no questions asked. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item less 20% for restocking fee and all shipping fees based on either the actual shipping fees or fixed shipping fees, which ever is higher. The item must be in its original (new) condition and packaging and prior authorization (RMA#) must be arranged by phone (877) 388‑6652 or emailing [email protected].

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us.

Smooth delivery and comfy futon mattress

First time buying from Futonland so wasn’t sure what to expect. The delivery experience went very smoothly, I got several calls to set up and confirm delivery times. The futon mattress itself is very comfortable, no weird smells (bought the Wool Wrap Cotton And Double Foam 8 Inch Futon Mattress by Gold Bond). It’s tough to fold the mattress as a sofa though, you need two people. Overall a great online shopping experience

Excellent quality of the furniture

Pay extra for the assembly of the futon even though I found it to be expensive and still question the cost. The delivery was on time and the technicians did assemble the futon and dispose of the packaging. They did well to check final step of assembly for any missed steps or imperfections with the furniture.

Our murphy bed arrived earlier than expected, in great shape and was not difficult to put together. The people who delivered it went above and beyond to help us and were very kind.
