If you are not completely satisfied with any single item purchased (excluding clearance specials), you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days from the day you receive the item, no questions asked. Credit Card Processing:

All credit card payments are processed by Futonland and will be displayed on your credit card statement as such. In the event a credit card does not process for any reason, we will, at our discretion, either void the order and notify the customer or process the order at a later date or process the payment in multiple smaller amounts until the item is paid in full. Items cannot be shipped until payment in full has been collected.

Billing Errors Omissions

Any errors or omissions will be corrected and either billed or refunded to the customer as necessary. If an order is incorrect, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us within 24 hours of our sending the order confirmation email to the customer. If the customer does not notify us within that time, the customer will be responsible for the order. If the customer does not give his/her email address, the email address is incorrect or the customer does not receive the email for any reason, the customer waives his/her right to correct an invoice. Futonland.com is not responsible for any typographical or erroneous errors. The customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address. Once the item(s) is shipped for any reason and the customer wants to change the address, additional freight fees are required depending on the "ship to" location.

Smooth delivery and comfy futon mattress

First time buying from Futonland so wasn’t sure what to expect. The delivery experience went very smoothly, I got several calls to set up and confirm delivery times. The futon mattress itself is very comfortable, no weird smells (bought the Wool Wrap Cotton And Double Foam 8 Inch Futon Mattress by Gold Bond). It’s tough to fold the mattress as a sofa though, you need two people. Overall a great online shopping experience

Excellent quality of the furniture

Pay extra for the assembly of the futon even though I found it to be expensive and still question the cost. The delivery was on time and the technicians did assemble the futon and dispose of the packaging. They did well to check final step of assembly for any missed steps or imperfections with the furniture.
