Pricing and availability
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. After we have received your order, we will also inform you if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.Refused, returned or cancelled shipments that are not and/or will not be accepted by the customer for any reason, including non payment, are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus the cost of the shipping and return shipping if applicable (this will be the actual shipping cost, not the 15% fixed rate shipping). After you receive the furniture, please refer to "30 Day Return Policy, No Questions Asked".
